The District Court offers a name-based case search service. A fee of $10.00 per name (or version of a name) applies. You can submit requests in three ways:
- Online with credit card — Use the District Court Search Request and Payment Portal for the fastest turnaround.

- In person — Drop off the request and payment at the physical office. There is no charge simply to visit and search public records at a public-access terminal.

Are Court Records Public in Teton County?

Teton County Family Court Records

Marriage Licenses and Records
Marriage licenses in Teton County are issued by the Teton County Clerk at the County Administration Building, 200 S. Willow Street (basement level), Jackson, WY 83001. The license is valid for one year from issuance and must be returned to the County Clerk's Office within 10 days of the ceremony.

Teton County Probate Court Records
Probate proceedings in Teton County are conducted in the District Court and administered by the Clerk of the District Court.
